Lucid Dream Journal for iPhone

Wake up inside the dream.

Oneirism is a lucid dream journal for iPhone built to help you remember more dreams, recognise recurring dream signs and keep a consistent lucid dreaming practice through MILD and attentive reality checks.

The practice

A quiet ritual for remembering and becoming aware

Hold on to more of the dream

Dream details disappear quickly once the day begins. Record them as soon as you wake, by text or by voice when typing feels like too much.

Remember more over time

Give every fragment the same place to go. A consistent journal makes recall easier to practise and recurring patterns easier to notice.

Rehearse recognising the dream

Return to a remembered scene, choose a dream sign and use MILD to prepare for noticing it the next time you are dreaming.

Question reality with attention

Build a conscious daytime habit with varied reminders that are less likely to disappear into notification noise.

Attention becomes useful when the gesture is deliberate.

Designed for your dreams

Keep personal dreams under your control.

A dream journal can contain memories, fears and details you would not put in an ordinary app. Oneirism does not require an account. Entries stay on your device and can sync through your private iCloud account. Voice transcription runs on your iPhone, and Oneirism does not operate a server that receives your dream content.

The practice should also be easy to keep for more than a few weeks. Oneirism is free for seven nights, followed by a one-time purchase with no subscription and no ads.
