By downloading or using Oneirism ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple standard EULA. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App except as permitted by law.
Oneirism teaches lucid-dreaming techniques (reality checks, MILD) and provides a dream journal. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or sleep-health advice or treatment. The App does not interpret or analyze the meaning of your dreams. Results vary; we make no promise that you will achieve lucid dreams. If you have a sleep disorder or any health concern, consult a qualified professional.
Any content you create in the App — your dream entries, text, and voice recordings — belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it. As described in the Privacy Policy, this content stays on your device and in your private iCloud; we do not receive it, and we are not responsible for backing it up. You are responsible for your own backups. Deleting the App or your data is permanent and we cannot recover it.
The App is free to use for an introductory period of 7 nights. This trial is managed by the App itself; it is not an Apple-managed free trial or subscription. After the trial, a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks the App permanently. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled solely by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms; we cannot issue refunds directly. You can restore a previous purchase at any time from within the App.
Your statutory consumer rights (including, for EU/EEA consumers, any right of withdrawal and the rules on digital content) are not affected by these Terms.
Use the App only for its intended personal purpose and in compliance with applicable law. Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or circumvent the App's licensing or security.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of your content or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including your mandatory statutory consumer rights).
These Terms are between you and Esther Pascual Sarasua, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. The current version lives at oneirism.app/terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
